Café Roig is a family business that has been producing top quality coffee in the mountains of Guayanillia since 1876. This bean is the result of the hard work and vast experience of coffee grower Don José "Tato" Roig Franceschini, fourth generation of coffee growers in the mountainous area of southwestern Puerto Rico. This bean is ecologically processed and sun-dried, guaranteeing a flavor and aroma that classifies it as specialty coffee.
