Café Roig is a family business that has been producing top quality coffee in the mountains of Guayanillia since 1876. This bean is the result of the hard work and extensive experience of coffee grower Don José "Tato " Roig Franceschini, fourth generation coffee grower from the mountainous area of southwestern Puerto Rico. This grain is ecologically processed and dried in the sun, thus guaranteeing a flavor and aroma that classifies it as specialty coffee.
