We finally offer same day delivery!

One of the problems that we identified when we started Cuela is that entering sales points, such as gondolas, is very complicated for artisanal coffees. Price competition with commercial brands is something that unfortunately disqualifies them and through our platform, we believe that small brands can effectively reach more coffee lovers.

To achieve this we have joined RonponEntregas. Now through Cuela, you will have the option of having your coffee delivered directly to your door the same day. A quality product such as Puerto Rican coffee must imperatively be accompanied by an excellent service and we know that sometimes the Post Office gets a bit complicated due to situations beyond our control. Our commitment to you is always to provide the best experience and excellent service. That is why this collaboration with RonPon Deliveries will mitigate delays or other bad times.

To use the RonponEntregas services, you must select the RonponEntregas option at the time of payment and that's it. The order will be working the same day and everything will be shipped from 4:00 p.m. directly to the residence. As soon as the Ron Pon Deliveries cart is arriving, it will be contacting the phone number provided to make the delivery.

Continuing to improve the accessibility of local coffee brands has always been our mission and we know that this collaboration will be a big step in directly reaching more coffee lovers. It is imperative that a quality product is accompanied by a first class service and distribution.

Here is a guide for the use of RonPonEntregas:

• Important to provide phone number.
• Ron Pon Deliveries delivers the same day any order that has entered before 4:00 p.m.
• Ron Pon Deliveries operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• All drivers start leaving for their destination at 4:00 p.m. onwards.
• Order entered after 4:00 p.m. It will be delivered the next day.
• Pre-sale coffees cannot be delivered the same day. They will be dispatched the day they arrive at our facilities.
• At the moment RonPon Deliveries does not apply to Subscriptions, only to individual products.
• It is a completely new system and created from scratch. Gradual changes may be experienced and, if any inconvenience arises, we will be communicating immediately.
• At the moment we only deliver in the Metro Area (San Juan, Guaynabo, Bayamón, Trujillo Alto and Carolina).
